You can use Gomywayride with a rented car anywhere in Nigeria where carpooling is legal, which is most places. In fact, it works really well, and we see it a lot on the (raised, flat supporting surface). When people don't have their own car but still want to use our platform to make money, they rent a car, which is much cheaper than buying one. When carpooling legally, your regular insurance covers you, and the money you get from Gomywayride is not used to pay for damage. Since there will be a lot of people in your car, we do recommend getting good third-party insurance. However, this is just our opinion, and it doesn't matter to us if you're driving your own car or a rental.
